(The Dallas Examiner) – The T.D. Jakes Foundation and Wells Fargo have awarded a $1.5 million grant to Paul Quinn College for the development of an innovative campus housing expansion. The grant will also support the planning of a future mixed-use space that will include housing, shops, restaurants and parks, all of which will be available for use by both students and the surrounding community.& “This is so much more than a traditional real estate project or campus housing development – it’s a statement about what higher education can be for all of us – those who attend our school and those who do not.” Dr. Michael J. Sorrell, president of Paul Quinn College, explained, “We are building a city within our campus walls.
