PCSO Covert Vice Detectives Detain 21 People for Prostitution-Related Offenses at 12 Distinct Asian Massage Parlors

21 people were arrested during a two-day undercover operation that started on November 4 and was carried out by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office Vice Unit. Undercover investigators visited several massage parlors in Polk County’s Davenport, Dundee, Lakeland, and Winter Haven regions to buy legal massages from certified massage therapists. Twenty of the massage therapists offered to engage in sexual acts during these sessions in exchange for payment.
