Philly2Fly: 14-Year-Old Blake High School Student Phillip PremDas Making Waves on Mariah Carey’s Tour

MCPS recently highlighted Blake High School student Phillip PremDas, who at just 14 years old has achieved what many dancers only aspire to. He recently completed an exciting stint on “Mariah Carey’s Christmas Time Tour,” which traveled to 20 cities across the United States. Philip PremDas– known on stage as Philly2Fly– was one of only five young dancers chosen for this prestigious national tour and the sole representative from the Washington DC area, according to MCPS. “It was incredibly fun,” PremDas shared, reflecting on his experience. “Performing on stage almost every night in front of thousands of people is something special.” Premdas recently wrote the following in an Instagram post: I spent this Thanksgiving reflecting on how truly blessed I am. I’m so grateful for everyone who supports me, especially my parents and sister, who always encourage me to keep pushing. Thank you, God, for the strength to stay focused and live in my purpose.
