The Indianapolis Black Alumni Council, Inc. hosted its 45th annual HBCU College Fair in Indianapolis on Oct. 3 at Crispus Attucks High School. Area students and families connected with representatives from HBCUs to learn more about admissions requirements and scholarship opportunities.
