Prime Minister Philip J. Pierre has extended congratulations to President-elect Donald Trump on behalf of the government and the people of Saint Lucia. “Saint Lucia looks forward to strengthening its diplomatic relations with the United States of America for the benefit of our people,” Pierre wrote on Facebook.
