Fans and sneakerheads are mourning the loss of DJ Clark Kent. The legendary DJ and hip-hop producer, also known as Rodolfo A. Franklin, passed away at age 58 on Thursday (Oct. 24). His family confirmed his passing in a statement shared on the New York native’s Instagram page on Friday, (Oct. 25). The statement mentions that Clark Kent spent his final moments with his wife, Kesha, and his children, Kabriah and Antonio. “It is with deep sadness that we share the passing of the beloved Rodolfo A. Franklin, known to the world as DJ Clark Kent. Clark passed away Thursday evening surrounded by his devoted wife Kesha, daughter Kabriah and son Antonio.” Additionally, his family expressed gratitude for everyone’s support but requested privacy during this difficult time. “Clark quietly and valiantly fought a three year battle with Colon Cancer, while continuing to share his gifts with the world.
