These childish displays of urban decay not only detract from the local beauty we have here, they bring notoriety to otherwise talentless individuals. It is criminal damage to “tag” another’s property, even publicly owned property. Prescott Valley PD follows up on all leads related to graffiti and prioritizes its removal. When arrested, these would-be artists are prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.    There are several ways to report graffiti in Prescott Valley. The easiest way is through the OurPV application. This process put an issue directly to the local graffiti abatement team. The other way is to call the PVPD non-emergency dispatch line at (928) 772-9267 and place a call for service. When the police and community work together, we can preserve our town beauty for our citizens and visitors alike.    Prescott Valley Police Department can be contacted at (928) 772-9267 for non-emergencies, 911 for emergencies.
