Rich The Kid Avoids Jail Over Bomb Threat Incident After Plea Deal

Miami, FL –  Rich The Kid has managed to avoid serving any jail time after accepting a plea deal for intefering with a police investigation into a bomb threat. Last year, Rich (real name Dimitri Roger) was arrested in Miami after he refused to follow police orders and not go beyond a perimeter they had set up around a hotel as they investigated a bomb threat. AD LOADING… According to TMZ, he has now pleaded no contest to resisting arrest and trespassing in exchange for avoiding further jail time after serving one day in prison following his initial arrest. He will also pay a $1,000 fine. AD LOADING… The “New Freezer” rapper’s lawyers said: “We believed that if we proceeded to go to trial we would have been successful.
