Texas Teachers Explore New STEM Opportunities As RRC Expands Its Presence At CAST 2025

The Railroad Commission of Texas (RRC) showcased its dedication to community involvement and educational initiatives at the Convention for the Advancement of Science Teaching (CAST) held from November 13–15, 2025, in Dallas. At this prominent event, the RRC collaboratively operated a booth alongside the Hildebrand Department of Petroleum and Geosystems Engineering (PGE) from the University of Texas at Austin. This partnership provided an excellent opportunity for them to engage with a diverse audience, sharing vital insights regarding scientific advancements in energy and the environment.
