Selina Nelson-Reilly, aged 45, has been indicted for hindering prosecution in the second degree and 17 counts of evidence tampering following a shooting incident involving a DoorDash driver. The charges, announced by the Orange County District Attorney’s Office, relate to an event that occurred on May 2 in Chester, New York, where her husband, Town Highway Superintendent John Reilly, allegedly shot the unarmed driver who was lost while delivering food.Surveillance captured Reilly shooting at the driver after he sought directions, injuring him severely. The driver, who recently immigrated from West Africa, required surgery to treat his wounds. After the incident, Selina reportedly deleted crucial video evidence from a doorbell camera, despite claiming ignorance to investigators.
