Sharpton To Lead NAN Members To Harlem Costco As Company Stands By It’s DEI Policies

Al Sharpton this Saturday will lead 100 National Action Network (NAN) members to the Costco in East Harlem to shop in support of the company’s commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) as the policies face growing attacks from President Trump and within the private sector. Saturday’s day of action follows Rev. Sharpton’s announcement this week that NAN will lead a boycott in the next 90 days of two companies that have dropped their DEI commitments amid public pressure.& “On Monday, as we celebrated the legacy of Dr. King while Donald Trump took the oath of office, I promised to not only boycott companies that abandon their DEI commitments but support those who upheld them,” said Rev.
