Sharpton\Crump To Convene Panel ‘Turning Grief Into Action’ At Annual 2024 NAN Annual Convention

Al Sharpton, Founder and President of the National Action Network (NAN), will welcome Attorney Ben Crump to moderate the Turning Grief into Action at the 2024 NAN Annual Convention in New York City on Wednesday, April 10th, as one of the first major discussions at the gathering. Crump, whom Rev. Sharpton has called the Attorney General for Black America, will be joined by the relatives of Black Americans unjustly killed either by law enforcement or in violent acts of hatred. Turning Grief into Action is one of the marquee panels held on the first day of the Convention every year. In addition to these relatives sharing their personal story, Attorney Crump will guide a conversation on how unspeakable losses such as these can be turned into shared action for accountability and justice.
