The quarterback position has been drafted the most times at number one overall in the NFLDraft. Each time, each team was hoping the quarterback they drafted would change theirfortune. Sometimes, it works out, as it did for the Indianapolis Colts when they selected Peyton Manning out of the University of Tennessee in the 1998 NFL Draft.
