The State Minister for Children and Youth Affairs, Balaam Barugahara, has firmly dismissed any suggestion of accepting a ministerial position in a hypothetical government led by Robert Kyagulanyi, also known as Bobi Wine. In a recent exchange with reporters, Barugahara scoffed at the idea, stating, “Who can that one make a super minister?” He expressed clear disapproval when asked if he would consider serving under Bobi Wine, adding, “Don’t tell me that nonsense again.” Barugahara’s loyalty remains with President Yoweri Museveni and the Chief of Defence Forces, General Muhoozi Kainerugaba.
