According to a release from the Simi Valley Police Department posted on Nixle, their Special Enforcement Team (SET)—a division in charge of various criminal suppressions—identified 20-year-old David Euan of Simi Valley as the primary suspect behind these damages. The arrest came on July 12, 2024, when Euan was taken into custody from his home and subsequently booked at Ventura County Sheriff’s Department’s East Valley Jail on felony vandalism charges, which could carry significant legal repercussions if he is convicted.
