Nashville, Tenn. (TN Tribune) – The National Museum of African American Music (NMAAM) is making waves this Black History Month with its captivating Soul Food Sundays, a weekly celebration of African American music, culture, and culinary heritage. Every Sunday throughout February (except February 11th), the NMAAM invites visitors to immerse themselves in the rich traditions of African American music and enjoy a feast for the senses. From 1:30 PM to 4 PM, guests can indulge in soul food classics provided by Barr’s Music City Soul Food while reveling in live performances by local artists and choirs. The inaugural Soul Food Sunday, held on February 4th, set the stage for a month-long celebration of musical excellence and cultural richness.
