The Blacksonian Is Not Up for Grabs,’ CBC Warns

As efforts to undermine Black history intensify, members of the Congressional Black Caucus are drawing a line in the sand. Speaking exclusively to Black Press USA, seven CBC members reacted to growing concerns about the future of the National Museum of African American History and Culture and other historic landmarks. House Democratic Leader Hakeem Jeffries pledged a “strong wall of defense,” while Reps. Cleaver and Thompson detailed disturbing censorship at the Truman Library, raising the alarm within the Caucus.
