As reported by the Dallas Documenters, the corner of Merlin Street and Al Lipscomb Way will soon be the site of a new $2.3 million commercial retail center. According to proponents of the project, these spaces will be able to accommodate office, retail and even restaurant ventures.Like the saying goes, that sounds all well and good, but how do the people living in Malcolm’s Point feel about the project currently slated for completion by next spring?
