This Thursday, fireworks around Indy will take to the skies with a dazzling display in honor of the Fourth of July. Here’s a list of the Recorder’s top five places to go to celebrate. & Downtown Indy’s Fourth Fest & American Legion Mall, 700 N. Pennsylvania St., St. Clair Street to North Street between Meridian and Pennsylvania streets,& Indianapolis& 6 p.m. (fireworks start around 10 p.m.) & Free& Enjoy the fireworks show while eating dishes from food trucks and ice cream stands at Downtown Indy’s Fourth Fest.
