Tyreek Hill, the Miami Dolphins’ exceptional wide receiver, endured a severe knee injury during Monday night's nail-biting 27–21 win against the Jets. Early in the third quarter, following a 10-yard reception from quarterback Tua Tagovailoa, Hill fell awkwardly as his left leg twisted painfully underneath him. Dolphins' coach Mike McDaniel disclosed to the media that the eight-time Pro Bowl player had dislocated his knee and was undergoing further examinations after being transported off the field in an air cast.According to ESPN's Adam Schefter, Hill did not only dislocate his knee but also suffered multiple ligament tears, including his ACL. He remains hospitalized and is scheduled for surgery on Tuesday. Given the severity of his injury, it’s anticipated that Hill's 2025 season is over, raising concerns about his readiness for the 2026 season. Further clarity regarding his recovery timeline is expected post-surgery. Hill is under contract for $29.9 million through the 2026 season, with a guaranteed portion of $11 million due in March.
