Betty Ocwee, Francis Okello and other two whose names were not yet established by press time were arrested on November 22, 2023 and they got police bail on November 27, 2023. Following their arrests on November 27, 2023, Betty Ocwee and Okello Francis were first incarcerated at Gulu UPDF 4th Division barrack where they spent the night and were later taken and detained at Burcoro Central Police Station in Gulu District. Later on, they were brought to Gulu High Court Circuit. However, Betty Ocwee and four others were whisked away to St. Mary’s Hospital Lacor, 8 kilometers from Gulu City centre.
