Contributed Valentine’s Day falls on a Wednesday this year, so Paramount’s “Bob Marley: One Love” and Sony’s “Madame Web” has decided to come on the holiday instead of waiting until Friday. If you and your romantic partner aren’t in the mood to go the multiplex this year, then streaming has you covered.
