Vehicle Overturns In Castries – Two Men Rushed To Hospital

The spate of road incidents in Saint Lucia continued on Wednesday when a Kia truck with three occupants overturned near the Castries Comprehensive Secondary School (CCSS). Castries Fire Station emergency responders rushed to the scene after learning of the accident at 5:26 pm. Upon arrival, emergency personnel found a mid-sized Kia Truck overturned on the roadside. The  emergency crew assessed and treated the three men who were outside the vehicle awaiting assistance. However, while two patients accepted emergency transportation to the OKEU Hospital for further care, one declined.
