Known for nurturing musical talent, Detroit’s gospel scene will shine as part of the Hartford Women’s Conference, with Minister Curtis Kilpatrick hosting the event. The weekend promises an uplifting experience for attendees, blending soul-stirring performances with community and faith. Some of gospel music’s biggest stars, Dottie Peoples, Zacardi Cortez, Detroit Youth Choir (DYC), and Smokie Norful, will take the stage on Friday, October 18th, for an unforgettable night of praise and worship. The concert kicks off at 6 PM, with doors opening at 5 PM. It will feature a special performance by Maurice Griffin, Sunday Best’s first runner-up. Rev.
