According to reality star Timothy Smith — who spent time in a federal prison in the United States in the early 2000s before starring on Married at First Sight Australia — recently told the Daily Mail Australia that the 54-year-old rapper likely isn’t receiving any “special treatment” due to his exorbitant wealth. Diddy, who is currently behind bars at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, New York, was arrested in mid-September and has been charged with sex trafficking, racketeering conspiracy and transportation to engage in prostitution. (In addition to these charges, which he denies, over 100 more accusers — including minors — have come out to sue the Bad Boy mogul on more sex crimes allegations.)
