The footage displays the unidentified white man, situated on a street corner at night, mocking the Black individual who recorded the confrontation. Mimicking the Black man in an exaggerated tone, he derogatorily claimed, “I’m a dumb n-word,” while gesturing disrespectfully.In a shocking display, he spat on the ground near the Black man, challenging him: “Pick that up, and I’ll watch you.” Shortly after, the scene took a troubling turn as the leg-disabled man toppled from his wheelchair onto the sidewalk.
