Prosecutors have officially outlined the 21 allegations against Andrew Tate and his brother Tristan upon their anticipated return to the UK. The charges encompass serious offenses such as rape, actual bodily injury, and human trafficking. Prior to the issuance of an extradition warrant from Romania, the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) confirmed that these accusations had received formal approval in 2024.
The CPS noted, “Domestic criminal matters in Romania must be resolved first,” as both brothers face numerous charges in Romania, which they vehemently deny. Following an investigation initiated by Bedfordshire Police, the CPS opted to prosecute. Andrew Tate, 38, confronts ten charges concerning three alleged victims, including managing prostitution and rape, while 36-year-old Tristan faces eleven charges pertaining to a single alleged victim. Both brothers moved to the UK from the U.S. as children.
