Antiguan Police Searching for Saint Lucian Wanted for Fraud

Police in Antigua and Barbuda are on the hunt for Saint Lucian Lisbert Evans who they say is wanted on several fraud allegations. A statement issued by the Office of Strategic Communications (STRATCOM) said Evans has been evading the police for quite some time, “despite efforts to persuade him to come forward”. His last known address is said to be English Harbour, in the south of Antigua. STRATCOM has urged Evans to “surrender himself at any police station without delay”.
