Babonneau Man Dies In Suspected Drowning

Police are investigating a suspected drowning of a Babonneau man that occurred near the beach at Sunny Acres on Wednesday. At about 8:00 pm, the Criminal Investigations Department (CID) in Castries received the suspected drowning report. Preliminary investigations revealed that Saint Lucia Fire Service (SLFS) emergency personnel had transported a male individual, twenty-seven-year-old Andre Alton Rudolphe of Plateau, Babonneau, to the OKEU Hospital.
