They recently passed Senate Bill 154, which criminalizes natural kratom, an herb utilized for centuries as a mood enhancer and energy booster. This bill erroneously equates the time-honored plant with substances like heroin, penalizing responsible users. The actual problem lies with the misrepresented and potent lab-made alternatives, which differ vastly from authentic kratom.
