Bike Trek From Tulsa to NYC Aims to Power Up Black Economic Independence

Black Leaders Detroit introduces the 2025 Ride for Equity, a group cycling event designed to generate funds for Black entrepreneurs. Kicking off on May 31, this journey from Tulsa to New York City spans over 1,600 miles, confronting racial disparities. Pre-ride activities include community bike rides, runs, and yoga sessions, with the main event commencing in Tulsa's historic Greenwood District and concluding on July 4 in Wall Street, NYC. Proceeds will bolster Black-owned businesses, enhancing financial support for entrepreneurs.
