Well, it seems Hudson has quietly built an $8 million real estate portfolio in under a year, according to the New York Post. Property records reveal that Hudson purchased four properties across Massachusetts — three multi-family homes in Boston and a Cape Cod cottage — starting in late 2023. These acquisitions include a $2.2 million and a $2.3 million townhouse in Dorchester, a $3 million property in Roxbury Crossing, and a $610,000 waterfront home in Harwich. The multi-family house is now divided into three apartments and was “renovated to the studs” prior to Hudson’s purchase, according to listings. It has 15 bedrooms across three units.
