King emphasized the ongoing danger posed by the site, citing the failure of property management to curb illegal activities despite multiple warnings. The City seeks injunctive relief to secure safety for residents and restore order. Proposed measures include enhanced security, surveillance installation, and the possibility of a property sale if compliance isn't achieved. Mayor Randall L. Woodfin affirmed the commitment to community safety and revitalization.
