During the recent budget town hall, Mayor Randall Woodfin addressed community leaders, highlighting the city's 2024-2025 budget, which reflects residents' priorities. Total revenues for FY25 rose to $582 million, with investments in neighborhoods up to $21 million. Notably, funding for sidewalk projects surged from $200,000 to $1 million, while traffic calming initiatives doubled to $500,000.
