Having spent nearly four years in the industry as both a musician and songwriter, Brian Avie has had firsthand experience working with various artists.

According to him, the fear of failure has discouraged artists from aiming beyond Uganda’s borders.
“Many artists would rather settle for the comfort of making money locally than taking the risk to go global,” Avie explained, noting that Uganda has seen several musicians attempt to go international but falter along the way.
