“Judge Hoyt’s remarkable career includes military reserve service, private practice city attorney, state court judge, federal court judge and adjunct professor,” explained Professor Lucas Osborn, who clerked for Judge Hoyt after law school. “He has relentlessly served communities and pursued justice.
