In the vibrant community of South Dallas, the Lincoln-Madison vertical team, comprising seven legacy institutions, has marked a significant achievement with a commendable B rating for its schools, highlighting robust leadership, committed families, and a community dedicated to fostering its own future.The Charles Rice Learning Center, often referred to as a “beacon of hope,” has consistently achieved this B rating over the years. Following suit, both the Paul L. Dunbar Learning Center and James Madison High School have also maintained consecutive B ratings. With the latest Texas Education Agency school ratings released this summer, Lincoln High School, Humanities/Communications Magnet, Billy Earl Dade Middle School, Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Arts Academy, and H.S.
