Dallas Black Dance Theatre Opens Registration for Dynamic 2025 Summer Dance Intensives

Dallas Black Dance Theatre (DBDT) has officially launched registration for its 2025 Summer Workshop Series—a vibrant set of programs crafted to empower dancers of all levels. Running throughout June, the series includes the Summer Enrichment Youth Workshop (June 2–14), tailored for dancers ages 9–15 with prior experience. Participants will train intensively with DBDT’s professional company and guest ballet master Stephanie Powell from Long Beach City College. The workshop goes beyond technique, incorporating wellness education with licensed professionals and a curated speaker series focused on physical and mental health. This two-week experience is available both in-person and virtually, making it accessible to aspiring dancers across the country. Whether refining form or building resilience, DBDT’s summer sessions promise transformation on and off the stage.
