Dallas History: Passionate Educators in a Segregated Era

(Special to The Dallas Examiner) – Reflecting on student days in segregated Dallas, my family found support after moving from Houston. Attending J.W. Ray Elementary, we thrived under talented teachers. Despite challenges at Madison High, dedicated staff inspired us. Pursuing international careers, my twin and I embraced diverse paths, serving others.
