COLUMBUS – State Rep. Dani Isaacsohn (D-Cincinnati) was elected last week by the Ohio House of Representatives as minority whip of the Ohio House Democratic Caucus for the remainder of the 135th General Assembly, replacing former State Rep. and current Hamilton County Auditor Jessica E. Miranda.
“It is an absolute honor to serve on this leadership team for our caucus. We have a long way to go to get the people of Ohio the government they deserve, and I am committed to fighting for a more just and prosperous state,” said Minority Whip Isaacsohn.
Isaacsohn, currently serving his first term in the Ohio House, was elected by a 72-14 vote.
The mission of The Ohio House Democratic Caucus is to develop and pass policies that improve the lives of Ohioans – putting people first. All Ohioans, regardless of background, have the right to thrive in their communities.
