With 30 years of distinguished and dedicated service, including as a founding member and two previous terms as President and Chairman of the Board, Joseph brings a wealth of experience and commitment to his new role. The chapter was chartered by the 100 Black Men of America, Inc. in June 1994. As President, Joseph aims to build upon the chapter’s 30-year legacy of empowerment and service by furthering initiatives that foster education, mentorship, and community development.
