Here, Bay View Publisher WillieRatcliff speaks for the Black world& in 2003 just before the start of the Iraq War. Calling foreconomic opportunity at home and no more war, he’s speaking in front of San Francisco’sgilded City Hall to a crowd of a quarter million people.
