Detroit’s Kash Doll Sells Out Opening Night of ‘The Last Doll’ Tour in Her Home City

It’s only fitting that Rapper Kash Doll would choose to kick off her ‘The Last Doll’ tour in the city where she grew up. And her hometown fans showed up for her selling out the Masonic Temple Theater in Detroit. Over 3,000 fans to be exact came out in the cold to show their love for the artist in her first headlining tour of her ten year career.
The show opened with performances by two other local female rappers, Detroit Barbie who was followed by Detroit Diamond. The latter is also a star on the Netflix reality show Rhythm + Flow. Both ladies kept the crowd engaged in anticipation for Kash Doll’s headlining set.
The audience, many dressed in shades of pink, didn’t have to wait long as soon after her schedule set time, the curtains raised and showcased Kash Doll in a life-sized Barbie box. Dressed in a silver sequin shorts jumper and heels to match, she was greeted by a theater full of screaming fans all on their feet, ready, and full of energy.
