Boxing prodigy Devin Haney is once again pursuing legal recourse against his former fiancée, Leena Sayed, alleging that she is illegally withholding gifts valued at $350,000, which he bestowed upon her during their wedding preparations.
Last week, Haney filed a lawsuit in Los Angeles County, contending that Sayed refuses to return an array of luxurious items, including Hermes handbags, an Audemars Piguet timepiece, a diamond ring, diamond earrings, and multiple high-end purses. He asserts these acquisitions were made with the expectation of their marriage. However, since the relationship's conclusion, Haney maintains that California law obliges her to return these gifts.
Additionally, Haney claims to have incurred damages surpassing $500,000. Notably, this legal action marks Haney's second lawsuit against Sayed within a month, following previous allegations of extortion and defamation. Leena's attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan, characterizes Haney's claims as retaliatory in nature. The couple initiated their relationship approximately two years ago and welcomed their daughter, Khrome, in January.
