(CNN) — Director Ava DuVernay is on the ground at the Democratic National Convention this week for a special reason.The Oscar-nominated filmmaker is in town shooting a secret project related to the event, according to a source with knowledge who spoke to CNN.Details on the project are scarce, but the source says that DuVernay is directing whatever she is filming at the DNC this week.
