Father Who Went On School Bus Told His 6-Year-Old To Hit A Girl That He Claimed Was Bullying His Daughter

Surveillance footage captured a father boarding a Missouri school bus, where he allegedly instructed his young daughter to repeatedly strike another girl whom he accused of bullying her. Maurice Fox, 36, now faces charges including first-degree harassment and two counts of fourth-degree assault, one concerning the child victim and another involving the bus driver. According to reports, the incident unfolded on October 9, when Fox entered the bus and disregarded the driver's request to exit. The footage reveals Fox confronting a seven-year-old, warning her to stop hitting his daughter. He then urged his daughter, saying, “Do what I told you to do,” leading her to assault the girl several times, further demanding, “I want her crying.” Authorities, alarmed by the incident, emphasized it was unacceptable. The Ferguson-Florissant School District has vowed to cooperate with law enforcement, affirming student safety as a priority.
