At the heart of this vibrant observance is All-In Cincinnati, a racial equity coalition dedicated to the mantra of Building Racial Equity as we Honor, Celebrate, and Love Black Women. Our coalition, in partnership with Greater Cincinnati Foundation, Carol Ann and Ralph V. Haile, Jr. Foundation, Fifth Third Foundation, Interact for Health, United Way of Greater Cincinnati, and bi3 is steadfast in its mission to foster systemic change, amplify efforts for equitable neighborhoods, and drive sustainable economic growth through equity. Our dedicated team is the backbone of this mission: Denisha Porter, our Executive Director, leads with vision, strategic direction, and unwavering passion. Tiffany George, Program Manager, champions community-led policy change and reduces health dispaotes as a Community Health Worker. Segann March, our Grant Writing Specialist, secures the essential resources for our initiatives. Courtney D. Holland, Director of Communications and Community Engagement, broadens our reach and deepens community connections.
