Fairbanks Foundation grants $7.5M to boost college enrollment 

The Richard M. Fairbanks Foundation has announced five Marion County school corporations to receive $7.5 million to implement plans to increase college enrollment.& Passing the IREAD-3 assessment is a key indicator of a student’s readiness to learn through reading starting in the fourth grade.
