Eric asserted that her stern methods, influenced by her Czechoslovakian background, contributed to his and his siblings' resilience. He remembered the day he found her unresponsive in her home, expressing deep sorrow over her passing and emphasizing her strength as a mother while acknowledging the complexities of her tougher approach.
