Contributed Cincinnati Vice Mayor Jan-Michele Lemon Kearney and Cincinnati City Council honored Royce Sutton with a resolution presented from City Council for his outstanding career with Fifth Third Bank, superior leadership in government, and legendary commitment to community inclusivity and economic development in Cincinnati and abroad. Sutton is an experienced Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) compliance manager with more than 20 years of regulatory and community development achievement. In leadership at Fifth Third Bank, he  headed a new $180 million investment project to redevelop neighborhoods. This project, one of the most important projects in the history of Fifth Third Bank, was created to enhance predominantly Black neighborhoods nationwide, including the Cincinnati neighborhood of Avondale.
